M&A Cleaning was originally
established as a contract window cleaning business before
expanding – in 2003 – into the general contract
cleaning market within the South Wales region. We are
proud to say that we have built up our business from
a single cleaning contract into a large operation –
especially as the majority of our clients come to us
through recommendation rather than through advertising.
M&A Cleaning is a family-run business – I
manage the operational side of the company and Mena
manages the financial side. Our aim is to combine a
friendly attitude with the kind of professionalism and
efficiency that delivers the results you need from your
contract cleaner. We appreciate that much of our success
is down to our exceptional staff who are the public
face of M&A and who represent us daily to our clients
effectively and efficiently in the cleaning work that
they do.
One of the other ways that we make sure that we do deliver
to our clients’ needs at all times is our in-house
contract monitoring system – the Client Critique
Sheet. If you retain M&A Cleaning to work on your
contract cleaning projects then we will provide you
with your own customised Critique Sheet that lists your
requirements – each month we will ask you to complete
this sheet so that we can formally check that we are
meeting standards as agreed in our original contract.
